Typically, you start noticing shifts after the first few sessions. However, if you really want to unravel decades of being a certain way, it takes time. I suggest a block of ten sessions, it’s usually near the halfway mark that you start to have big realisations and start to see the impact of our work together. Then we work on how we can start to make lasting change. I’m not selling a disingenuous offer here, that’s not how I operate.

Somatic coaching can help you make sense of what’s going on for you now. You may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or resentful, somatic coaching offers a safe space to explore these emotions. The focus is on the connection between the body and mind, which is crucial for those of us who are facing high levels of stress, which is most of us. Having lots of responsibilities can create physical and emotional tension, which often shows up as anxiety, burnout, or difficulty focusing. 

Somatic coaching helps you tune into your body’s signals, providing insights into how stress and emotions affects how you are living your life. By becoming more aware of these physical sensations, you can learn to work with them. This body-centred approach helps you to be with those stronger emotions and discover what it is you really long for.

Yes, I offer both online and in-person coaching to suit your preferences. I am sure you are wondering if somatic coaching would be as effective online as in person. Basically all the somatic practices that we engage in throughout our sessions are tranferable because we can use physical touch or energetical touch. All pratices have adaptations that are just as effective online.  Online coaching provides flexibility and the comfort of participating from your own space, while in-person sessions allow for face-to-face connection if you’re local to Dublin. Both formats are equally effective, and we can decide which option works best for you based on your lifestyle and needs.
