So let me just say that we will meet for 1 hour every two weeks and the somatic practice you will engage with in between session, mostly you can do these as you go about your day to day.

This is because we are getting into the body. Also why do we want to feel more especially those uncomfortable feelings?
Well I’ll let you into a little secret, those feelings don’t go away just because you say “ah no, I’m not into feeling sad, I’ll do something else instead”
Getting to feel more allows you to process them in real time so that they don’t get stuck and build up overtime.

How long will this take?
Typically, you start noticing shifts after the first few sessions. However, if you really want to unravel decades of being a certain way, it takes time. I suggest a block of ten sessions, it’s usually near the halfway mark that you start to have big realisations and start to see the impact of our work together. Then we work on how we can start to make lasting change. I’m not selling a disingenuous offer here, that’s not how I operate.
What is somatic coaching, and how does it apply to me?

Can I do somatic coaching online or in person?
Yes, I offer both online and in-person coaching to suit your preferences. I am sure you are wondering if somatic coaching would be as effective online as in person. Basically all the somatic practices that we engage in throughout our sessions are tranferable because we can use physical touch or energetical touch. All pratices have adaptations that are just as effective online. Online coaching provides flexibility and the comfort of participating from your own space, while in-person sessions allow for face-to-face connection if you’re local to Dublin. Both formats are equally effective, and we can decide which option works best for you based on your lifestyle and needs.
