In 2022, I founded  The BodySoul Coach with one mission: to help people to access their inner resourcefulness. I guide you to explore the deeper connection between your body and mind, through Somatic coaching in Dublin.

Through practices that help you take action toward what truly matters, my work helps you live with more clarity, purpose, and fulfilment.

My Journey: From Overwhelm to Empowerment

In 2015 I arrived back in Ireland after decades living away and it dawned on me. The parts of me I ran away from when I left the country were still here waiting for me. Oh great. I was confronted with feelings of anxiousness and found it difficult to set boundaries. I felt stuck, unsure of how to manage these unfamiliar emotions. My usual “I’ll think my way out of this” was not working.

My journey of healing and self-discovery began when I got honest with myself about how overwhelmed and disconnected from the zest for life I now was. Like many, I turned to short programs that promised transformation—but instead, I was left more frustrated and disconnected than before.

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right support when you’re searching for a way to rekindle your energy. It was only through Somatic Coaching that I finally found the tools to reconnect with myself and my purpose.

After trying various approaches with limited success, Somatic Coaching was the turning point that truly changed my life. It opened my eyes to the wisdom stored within my body and taught me how to recognize and understand my emotions on a deeper level.

I became more aware of how I was showing up in the world, which allowed me to communicate more authentically and ask for the support I needed. My personal relationships improved dramatically, and I gained clarity on what really mattered to me—and how to move toward those goals with confidence.

Somatic Coaching focuses on the connection between the body and mind, helping you become more aware of the physical sensations tied to your emotions and behaviours. In our sessions, we’ll explore what your body is communicating in various situations. As you build this awareness, I’ll guide you through practices that help soften tension and allow you to show up more fully in your life.

By connecting with your body’s intelligence, you’ll experience deeper relationships with yourself and others, and feel more aligned with your purpose. Somatic coaching also emphasizes the importance of community—whether it’s family, friends, or colleagues—as we all need a network of support to thrive. This body-centered approach provides you with the tools to manage stress, improve relationships, and take more intentional steps toward your goals.

The coaching process typically begins with a discovery session, where we explore where you are now and where you want to go. From there, you can enrol in a coaching program that consists of several sessions over a specified period. In the initial session, we assess your current situation and clarify your goals.

As we progress, we dive deeper into who you are—your values, beliefs, and the unconscious patterns that may be holding you back. We’ll work together to align your decisions with your true values, enabling you to make better choices. Throughout the process, you are in full control of the agenda. You bring specific goals and challenges to each session, and together we map out the best path forward to achieve your desired outcomes.

The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the program you choose and your unique needs. Sessions are generally scheduled every 2 weeks, allowing enough time to process insights and implement new strategies between meetings. Each session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes and can be conducted either in person or online, depending on what works best for you. I tailor the schedule to your pace and comfort, ensuring that you get the most out of each session. Whatever you prefer.
